Legal: Private Practice of law from 1968 to present in Alberta Canada. Obtained a license to practice law in Hawaii in 1981, and a mediation certificate from Harvard Law School in 1997. His practice covered all aspects of law, including appearing before the Courts of Alberta, government boards, and tribunals, advising municipal governments, individual and corporate clients, including negotiations, litigation, corporate securities, mediation, arbitration, international trade and investments, also planned, organized and managed business's. He has provided global assistance, investment services, legal advice and analysis of projects to Universal Holdings Limited as legal counsel and consultant for investment services from 1987 to 1997, and thereafter as Attorney Trustee, Chief Legal Counsel and Director of Investment Affairs.
General: His diverse and successful business career includes farming of 1600 acres of grain land 1982 to 1995 Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada. Produced, managed and marketed cereal grains and legumes. Taught business law at a college level (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), in 2000. Planning and Development Officer, Department of Agriculture, Alberta Government, 1967 to 1968 Edmonton, Alberta, Canada: Implemented legislation that created the Irrigation Secretariat within the Agriculture Department. Developed Program Budgeting and set up operating policies and procedures.
